MED Miami

Men’s health, online. From Miami.

Make some noise. Skip the waiting room.

Men’s health from Miami that doesn’t make it weird. An online visit, a licensed clinician, and a plain box at your door if they say yes. Sweatpants fine.

The guy problem

Everybody has a guy. Your guy should have a license.

Here’s the whole system: a licensed clinician at Beluga Health reviews your health history and decides whether treatment is right for you. A licensed pharmacy, The Pharmacy Hub, fills what they prescribe. That’s it. No guy.

  • Gas-station “enhancers”Sold next to the beef jerky. Enough said.
  • Sketchy websitesNo clinician. No real label. No idea what's inside.
  • A buddy's leftoversPrescribed to him, not you. Also, weird.
  • A licensed clinician + a real pharmacyMED Miami

The loud part

Loud on the outside. Serious on the inside.

  • A lion sitting in a parked coral convertible on a Miami street at night

    Make some noise.

The lion in the convertible is not prescribed anything. He just likes the parking spot.

  • A navy couch behind velvet ropes under a spotlight, a gold title belt on its cushions, empty waiting-room chairs at the side

Tonight's main event: a visit from your couch.

The couch wins by decision. The waiting room never showed up.

  • A wildlife film crew with a long lens and a boom mic filming a row of empty waiting-room chairs

Rarely seen: the Miami man in a waiting room.

He does his visit from the couch.

  • A plain brown box on a coral doorstep by a teal door, two pink lawn flamingos leaning in from the bushes

    The box says nothing.

Plain outside. The loud part stays inside the flap.

The lineup

Two pills. Zero pharmacy small talk.

Both start with the same online visit. You tell us what’s going on; a licensed clinician decides what, if anything, is right for you. Nobody upsells you.

Side by side

Outside, a plain mailer with no product names. Inside, a loud ink-and-coral UPROAR pouch (UPROAR is the men’s line of MED Miami), a one-page card on how it’s used, and the pharmacy’s label with your name and your clinician’s directions. Your neighbors will assume it’s phone cases.

Who’s in charge here

Not an algorithm. Not a sales rep.

A licensed clinician at Beluga Health, P.A. reads your health history, asks what they need to ask, and decides whether to prescribe. If the answer is no, nothing ships and you are not charged for medication. If the answer is yes, you can message your care team in the patient portal. No chatbot pretending to be a doctor.

FAQ

The questions you Googled in incognito.

Read the full FAQ →
Is a prescription guaranteed?

No. A licensed clinician reviews every intake and decides whether tadalafil is right for you. If it is not, you are not charged for medication. Completing the intake never guarantees a prescription.

Who prescribes?

Independent licensed clinicians from Beluga Health, P.A., 1321 Upland Dr., Suite 18399, Houston, TX 77043, admin@belugahealth.com, belugahealth.com. A clinician licensed in your state reviews your intake, and you see their name, credentials and state once they are assigned to your visit. MED Miami does not practice medicine.

Which pharmacy fills my prescription?

The Pharmacy Hub, a LegitScript-certified pharmacy licensed in all 50 states. 2750 Bridge Way, Davie, FL 33314 and 15600 NW 15th Ave, Suite C, Miami Gardens, FL 33169. Phone (888) 958-1382, info@thepharmacyhub.com, thepharmacyhub.com. It dispenses generic tadalafil tablets; MED Miami does not offer compounded medications.

Which states do you serve?

MED Miami serves patients in 45 states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Our clinicians and our pharmacy are licensed in every state on that list. Alaska, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Jersey and South Carolina are not available yet and may be added later. The intake checks your current location before any medical questions.

How much does it cost?

Your price depends on what your clinician prescribes and the plan length you choose. You see the full price, including any visit fee, before you pay. We do not bill insurance.

Can I cancel? What about refunds?

Yes. Cancel before your next renewal in the patient portal or by emailing hello@medmiami.org. Medication the pharmacy has already prepared cannot be returned, except when it arrives damaged or incorrect. Our refund policy has the full terms and is linked in the terms and conditions.

How does shipping work?

If you are prescribed, the pharmacy ships to your door in a plain box with no drug name on the outside. You get a tracking email when it leaves the pharmacy.

Is the tadalafil generic or compounded?

Generic. MED Miami prescribes FDA-approved generic tadalafil tablets, dispensed by The Pharmacy Hub. We do not offer compounded tadalafil.
