What to know first
- Common side effects are headache, flushing, indigestion, back or muscle pain, and a stuffy nose. They are usually mild and pass on their own.
- Stop and get emergency care for an erection that lasts more than 4 hours, or for sudden loss of vision or hearing.
- Never take tadalafil with nitrates (such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide) or with riociguat. The combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
- Tell your clinician if you take an alpha blocker or blood-pressure medicine, if you drink heavily, or if you eat a lot of grapefruit. Tadalafil is not for men with heart disease serious enough that sex is inadvisable.

How long does it last?
Tadalafil can stay active for up to 36 hours. That is why many men prefer it to tablets that only cover a few hours. It does not cause an erection on its own; you still need to be aroused.
Who sets my strength?

Is this generic tadalafil or a compounded version?
Generic. MED Miami prescribes FDA-approved generic tadalafil tablets, dispensed by our partner pharmacy. We do not offer compounded tadalafil.
