MED Miami

How it works

Heavyweight visit. Featherweight paperwork.

A prescription begins with a patient provider relationship. The experience is designed around licensed clinical review, informed consent, clear fulfillment, and accessible support.

  1. 01

    Confirm access

The intake first confirms your age, current physical location, and whether care is available in that state.

Service begins only where both clinician licensure and pharmacy fulfillment are confirmed. See the states we serve.

  2. 02

    Create a secure account

Your secure account on Bond Health verifies your identity with a government ID and presents the privacy notices, terms, and telehealth consent before medical questions begin.

  3. 03

    Complete your intake

Share health history, current medications, allergies, prior treatment, symptoms, and relevant safety information. Couch allowed. Sweatpants encouraged.

  4. 04

    Receive clinical review

A Beluga Health clinician licensed in your state reviews the intake and completes the legally required evaluation. You see the clinician's name, credentials and state once they are assigned. The clinician may request more information or a live visit.

A questionnaire alone never guarantees or issues a prescription. A no means nothing ships, and you are not charged for medication.

  5. 05

    Fulfillment and support

If prescribed, the patient specific prescription goes to The Pharmacy Hub. The pharmacy confirms, dispenses, and ships the medication in a plain box.

You receive medication instructions and clear contacts for clinical, pharmacy, billing, and safety questions, and you can message your clinician in the patient portal at any time.
