MED Miami

Cancellation and refunds

Every charge is disclosed before you pay.

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for services purchased from Med Miami, LLC. All payments are processed in the secure patient checkout and portal. This policy is part of our terms and conditions.

Pricing transparency

Checkout states the total price before you pay and identifies the visit, medication, shipping, taxes, and any other charges, together with the plan length (monthly or every 3 months) and the renewal date.

Medical review outcomes

If a licensed clinician reviews your intake and determines that treatment is not appropriate, any amount collected for medication that is never prescribed is refunded to your original payment method. Any visit fee is shown before checkout.

Prescription medication orders

Prescription medications are prepared and dispensed for you specifically. For safety and regulatory reasons, medication orders cannot be returned or refunded once the pharmacy has begun preparing or has shipped your order, except where the product arrives damaged, is incorrect, or a refund is required by law.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hello@medmiami.org within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Recurring plans and renewals

If you enroll in a recurring plan, the billing amount and renewal schedule are stated before you consent. You can cancel a subscription at any time before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Charges already processed for an order the pharmacy has begun preparing are subject to the medication policy above.

How to cancel

Cancel through the patient portal at patient.medmiami.org or by emailing hello@medmiami.org from the email address on your account. Cancellation will never require a harder method than enrollment. We confirm every cancellation in writing.

Refund processing

Refunds that are granted are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank and typically take 5 to 10 business days after the refund is issued.
