FAQ

The questions you Googled in incognito.

Straight answers before you start: who prescribes, which pharmacy fills your order, which states we serve, how tadalafil is taken, what every plan includes, and how to cancel.

Is a prescription guaranteed?

No. A licensed clinician reviews every intake and decides whether tadalafil is right for you. If it is not, you are not charged for medication. Completing the intake never guarantees a prescription.

Who prescribes?

Independent licensed clinicians from Beluga Health, P.A., 1321 Upland Dr., Suite 18399, Houston, TX 77043, admin@belugahealth.com, belugahealth.com. A clinician licensed in your state reviews your intake, and you see their name, credentials and state once they are assigned to your visit. MED Miami does not practice medicine.

Which pharmacy fills my prescription?

The Pharmacy Hub, a LegitScript-certified pharmacy licensed in all 50 states. 2750 Bridge Way, Davie, FL 33314 and 15600 NW 15th Ave, Suite C, Miami Gardens, FL 33169. Phone (888) 958-1382, info@thepharmacyhub.com, thepharmacyhub.com. It dispenses generic tadalafil tablets; MED Miami does not offer compounded medications.

Which states do you serve?

MED Miami serves patients in 45 states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Our clinicians and our pharmacy are licensed in every state on that list. Alaska, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Jersey and South Carolina are not available yet and may be added later. The intake checks your current location before any medical questions.

How is tadalafil taken?

As needed: one tablet 30 to 60 minutes before sex, no more than once a day, at the strength your clinician sets. Daily: one low-dose (5 mg) tablet at the same time every day. The two are separate programs with separate visits.

What does a plan include?

Every plan includes your online visit and clinician review, your medication if prescribed, shipping in a plain box, and messaging with your care team in the patient portal. Plans renew monthly or every 3 months; you choose at checkout.

How much does it cost?

Your price depends on what your clinician prescribes and the plan length you choose. You see the full price, including any visit fee, before you pay. We do not bill insurance.

Can I cancel? What about refunds?

Yes. Cancel before your next renewal in the patient portal or by emailing hello@medmiami.org. Medication the pharmacy has already prepared cannot be returned, except when it arrives damaged or incorrect. Our refund policy has the full terms and is linked in the terms and conditions.

How does shipping work?

If you are prescribed, the pharmacy ships to your door in a plain box with no drug name on the outside. You get a tracking email when it leaves the pharmacy.

How do I reach my clinician?

Message your care team in the patient portal at any time, or request a follow-up visit there. For anything that cannot wait, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Is the tadalafil generic or compounded?

Generic. MED Miami prescribes FDA-approved generic tadalafil tablets, dispensed by The Pharmacy Hub. We do not offer compounded tadalafil.

How is my information protected?

Your intake, visit and messages run on Bond Health's HIPAA-compliant platform, and your health information is handled under our privacy policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. We never sell your personal information.
