Terms and conditions
Clear terms before care or payment.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of medmiami.org and the telehealth services offered through it, operated by Med Miami, LLC ("MED Miami"). By using the website or services, you agree to these terms. You accept them again, together with the telehealth consent, at checkout before any payment.
Who we are
Med Miami, LLC is the brand and commercial operator of this website. MED Miami does not practice medicine and does not dispense medications.
Medical care is provided by independent licensed clinicians affiliated with Beluga Health, P.A.. Prescriptions are filled and shipped by The Pharmacy Hub, an independent licensed pharmacy. The online visit, checkout and patient portal run on Bond Health (Bond Healthcare Technologies, Inc.). Details are on our medical team and pharmacy information pages.
The telehealth service
Our service is an asynchronous telehealth visit: you complete a secure intake, a clinician licensed in your state reviews it, and the clinician may ask follow-up questions, request a live visit, or decline treatment. Telehealth informed consent is collected during the intake before any medical questions, and you can read what it covers on our telehealth consent page.
Content on this website is general information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for the judgment of a licensed clinician. Using the website alone does not create a patient-provider relationship. Do not use this service for emergencies. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Eligibility and prescribing: a prescription is not guaranteed
Services are intended for men 18 and older who are physically located in a supported state at the time of care. Identity, location, and eligibility are verified.
A licensed clinician makes all prescribing decisions after reviewing your information. Completing an intake or paying at checkout does not guarantee treatment or a prescription. If the clinician decides treatment is not appropriate, you are not charged for medication. Medications are generic tadalafil tablets dispensed by a licensed pharmacy partner; MED Miami does not offer compounded medications.
Jurisdictional notice
Services are available only in jurisdictions where affiliated clinicians are licensed to practice and where the pharmacy is authorized to dispense medications. The current list is on our states we serve page and is subject to applicable laws, regulations, and licensure requirements.
Billing, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Pricing is disclosed at checkout before any payment is collected, including the visit, medication, shipping, and any other charges. Plans renew automatically every month or every 3 months, as you choose at checkout; the billing amount, renewal schedule, and cancellation method are stated before you consent.
You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date in the patient portal or by emailing hello@medmiami.org. Cancellation never requires a harder method than enrollment. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your patient portal credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, impersonate another person, interfere with security features, submit false information, access another person's account, scrape or copy content for commercial use without permission, or use the service in violation of any law.
Communications
By providing your contact information you agree to receive service-related communications, which may include secure messages, email, telephone, and text messages. Electronic communications carry privacy risks despite safeguards. Marketing communications are optional and you may opt out at any time.
Intellectual property
The website, its content, and its branding are owned by Med Miami, LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. MED Miami does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Med Miami, LLC and its officers, directors, and employees will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in these terms alters the responsibility of licensed clinicians for the medical care they deliver.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
